This was delivered to the entirety of the clinical team regarding a selfdesigned initiative on vaccine safety. My work grew out of a quality control concern for vaccine administration safety and identification of several near miss events. This presentation was the culmination of several months of work, chart review and research on best vaccine practice in primary care.
